Course fee

Other costs

With the course fee you pay for the participation in the dance course. For the use of the Kuckucksnest rooms you have to pay additional costs. We pass on this money 1: 1 to the Kuckucksnest.

Payment of the total price (course fee + other costs)

In our registration confirmation you will find u.a. also the exact payment information. We kindly ask you to transfer the course fee and the other costs no later than 3 months before the beginning of the course. Any bank charges are at your expense. Registration is only confirmed when the course fee has arrived.

Reimbursement at canceling

If you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the course we can refund you the total price. After that we can only refund you the course fee, if your place is again assigned. Otherwise, we retain the course fee. 10 days before the course, the other costs are due. In case of cancellation within 10 days before the course, we will pass on your payment of the other costs to the Cuckoo's Nest if your place can not be filled again.

For cancellations that require a refund, we charge 5 € cancellation fees. Alternatively, we can rebook a previously paid course fee for a future course.

Fine print, disclaimer

In exceptional cases, such as illness, teachers and musicians, we reserve the right to exchange or replace at short notice or to cancel courses.

The participants are responsible for courses for themselves and their property.
