Other costs

With the course fee you pay for the participation in the dance course. For the use of the Kuckucksnest rooms you have to pay additional costs. We pass on this money 1: 1 to the Kuckucksnest.

Special nutritional requests: 4 € per day on top (12 / 16 € depending on nights).

Payment of the total price (course fee + other costs)

In our registration confirmation you will find the exact payment information. We kindly ask you to transfer the course fee and the other costs no later than 3 months before the beginning of the course. Any bank charges are at your expense. If we receive no payment, we might give the place to another dancer.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel prior to 2 months before the course start, we can refund you the full price. Thereafter, we can only refund you - either with a replacement from the waiting list (if there is one) or if you provide a replacement yourself. Otherwise, we retain the course fee.
In the case of cancellations within 10 days before the course, we will have forwarded your payment of the accommodation and full board to the Kuckucksnest. A refund is then only possible if there is a replacement from the waiting list or by a person who signs up for the course on your behalf.

For cancellations that require a refund, we charge 5 € cancellation fees.

Please take notice of the society‘s guidelines to create a safe place to dance. If you don't feel comfortable at any point, let our course organizers know immediately.

Fine print, disclaimer

In exceptional cases, such as illness, teachers and musicians, we reserve the right to exchange or replace at short notice or to cancel courses.

The participants are responsible for themselves and their property.
