All Instruments are welcome. Please tell us, if you bring a transposing instrument, in wich key.
Please bring your own lunch with you, in the evening we order Pizza.

Course Fee (no accommodation and food included)

Payment of the total price (course fee + other costs)

In our registration confirmation you will find the exact payment information. We kindly ask you to transfer the course fee and the other costs no later than 3 months before the beginning of the course. Any bank charges are at your expense. If we receive no payment, we might give the place to another dancer.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel prior to 2 months before the course start, we can refund you the full price. Thereafter, we can only refund you - either with a replacement from the waiting list (if there is one) or if you provide a replacement yourself. Otherwise, we retain the course fee.
In the case of cancellations within 10 days before the course, we will have forwarded your payment of the accommodation and full board to the Kuckucksnest. A refund is then only possible if there is a replacement from the waiting list or by a person who signs up for the course on your behalf.

For cancellations that require a refund, we charge 5 € cancellation fees.

Refund of course costs in the event of cancellation

If you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the course, we refund the course fee. After that, we only refund the course fee if either someone from the waiting list (if there is one) takes your place or if you organise a replacement yourself. Otherwise we will retain the course fee.

For cancellations that require a bank transfer, we charge a €5 cancellation fee.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to change or replace teachers and musicians at short notice or to cancel courses in exceptional cases such as illness. Participants are liable for themselves and their property during courses.
