Costs

Cost of the course and accommodation with full board

* For single and twin rooms, both towels and bed linen are included. Bed linen is included for triple and quadruple rooms, towels can be rented for a fee of €5.50.

We pass the costs for overnight stays + full board to the Bildungsstätte Wetzlar continues (analogous to the procedure for the Kuckucksnest courses). Kids up to 14 years: no course fee applicable.

Cost of the evening events

Participation only in the evening events (social dance on Friday evening and / or ball on Saturday evening) is also possible.

Admission per night: €20 resp. €12 for students and children up to 14 years - no meal included.
(The course price includes participation in the evening events)

Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the course, we can refund the total price. After that, we can only refund the course fee if either someone from the waiting list (if there is one) takes your place or if you organise a replacement yourself. Otherwise we will retain the course fee.

10 days before the course, the costs for accommodation + full board are also due. If you cancel within 10 days before the course, we will have to pass on your payment for accommodation + full board to the Wetzlar Sports and Education Centre. A refund is then only possible if your place is filled by someone on the waiting list or someone you have organised.

For cancellations that require a bank transfer, we charge a €5 cancellation fee. Alternatively, we can transfer a course fee that has already been paid to a future course.

SCD Etiquette

Please take notice of the society‘s guidelines to create a safe place to dance. If you don't feel comfortable at any point, let our course organizers know immediately.

Fine print, disclaimer

In exceptional cases, such as illness, teachers and musicians, we reserve the right to exchange or replace at short notice or to cancel courses.

The participants are responsible for courses for themselves and their property.
